Common questions

Our official number needs no setup and uses credits. Your own number feels more personal because customers already know it. You can switch between them in Settings.

You choose: hold the messages until you link again, or go back to one-tap sending from your phone. We never send from a different number than the one you chose.

Messages on our official number use approved WhatsApp templates with your boutique's name and the order details filled in. Tap Preview in Settings to see exactly what goes out.
