Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you buy from Demo Boutique. If a ready-made item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging. Custom-stitched, altered or made-to-measure pieces, and items bought on sale, cannot be returned — but we'll always fix fitting issues on stitched garments. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (or by UPI / bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders) within 5–7 working days.
